KITEACADEMY PORTO POLLO AND LE SALINE

Kiteacademy was born in 2001 in Porto Pollo, Sardinia. Our school offers kite surf courses for all levels and in the best spots on the island, assistance and hints about the best spots for any condition, equipment rental and vacation packages that include really everything!! Since recent years the Kiteacademy has also a second school in le Saline di Olbia.

Porto Pollo - Isola dei Gabbiani (Palau)

Porto Pollo, also named “isola dei Gabbiani”, is one of the most loved spots in northern Sardinia for people who practice water sports that use wind thanks to its conditions and high percentage of windy days. Porto Pollo has two bays. The area reserved for kitesurfing is on the west side bay close to were the Liscia flows into the sea. The beach there is nice and wide with no obstacles which makes it ideal to learn kite surfing in a safe environment all the way to the freestyle level.

Le Vecchie Saline (Olbia)

The Vecchie Saline spot is close to Olbia in the North East part of Sardinia and is a well known spot for kiters due to its ideal conditions and also for the lagune which is a perfect training ground for freestyle at all levels.
This Kiteacademy school is run by  Chicco del Croce and the also well known Renzo Mancini who is at the top levels of kite surfing since the early kite surfing years in Italy.
